Right guys, my friend on steam has this issue (he streams on twitch) so i thought why not come here because well its the only place i know that would easily come up with a solution for the problem.

Anyway i guess i will just copy paste what he put in steam thread (and leave the link here http://steamcommunity.com/groups/thecelgroup/discussions/0/846958724687066269/ )

Alright, here's what happened to me today.

Finally got the Wii HDMI adapter that lets me hook it to the capture card via HDMI. I had some games running and we plugged it in, it worked. Everything was fine, I was content and happy I could play my little Wii, untill my screens both went black and computer blue screened to BIOS.

Now when I boot up to Windows only one screen works and it won't detect my other screen at all. I've uninstalled my NVidia drivers 3 times now, one by one and done a clean install to newest drivers > which didn't fix it.

Then we tried rolling back drivers, still problem exists.
Here's what I see. (image)
More screenshots. (image)

Only one screen works. I haven't tried any games yet in fear I'll just muck it up even further. Will try soon but as far as I can tell it won't work since something is wrong with the card it wont be able to do proper 3D graphics in this state.

I also opened up the case, pushed the card in (in-case it had shifted), cleaned the whole case up and umm... yeah, checked BIOS and temperatures. CPU temp is around 35 (which is normal in this weather) but GPU I have no idea. I'm guessing it's just messed up, but the card didn't feel hot to touch or anything.

Graphics card is a Inno3D GTX 570, I'll post more info if needed.

UPDATE 1:

I opened it up. The card looked clean and fine on the surface. I took it off, no worries, was a tight fit though thanks to the capture card being right ontop of it. When I looked inside the fan, holy ship. It looked like a wasps nest. Full of dirt. I cleaned it up with the last remianing ducking pressurised air I had and managed to get it clean. Took me like an hour to do this.

Now I've booted it up, updated drivers and... nothing. Still same problem. Will keep posted. Will try Exorious' tips below now. Wish me luck.

UPDATE 2:

I did the clean uninstallation of all drivers. One by one, reboot, then another uninstall, reboot to safe mode, use Guru3D Driver Sweeper, reboot and finally download new drivers and installed them them fresh and rebooted.

This is what I get now. (image)

No improvement as of yet. I'll be trying some of the stuff suggested below and see if they help, mainly the Windows update one and... well, I don't really want to try Bios updates untill the very end as a last resort. Besides, I have no idea how that's done and it I don't think it will fix anything.
