Apparently the 212 Evo hits the side panel window in that case. It fits but expect scratches or worse.

I want a cpu cooler and I was thinking about the Hyper 212 evo but it is to tall for my case the corsair spec 01. Does anyone have any recommendations for a cpu cooler under 150mm?

The CM Hyper 212 Evo will fit, but apparently the side panel window will hit the copper heat pipe tips and could cause damage.

Oh, my bad. I assumed the case had ~159mm clearance.
