watercooling loop suggestion

i will be setting up a water cooling system very soon i will be putting a 120 triple rad up top and a single rad on the back my question is for the single rad would it be benificial to go with a single 140 rad over a single 120 rad for the money and performance

Yes - a 140 has more surface area, hence more cooling potential so will perform a bit better then a 120.

ok, got you want a 360 radiator.. butttttt...

why?

got specs?

case, mobo, chip, GPU, RAM, overclocks, air-cooled temps?

nature of use, how many hours..

single fan radiators setups are generally a bandaid and really offer

no thermal capacity to performance. easiest thing is to completely

research your build and what compnents work best for that rig.

generic questions like this will spend your hard earned money quick

with little or no results in performance, cooling or what-not.

too many rigs wrecked in looks and usage because of a remote radiator

tubing nightmare...

you can help us, help you to include rig specs..

Here are my specs

Sabertooth z77

Ivy 3770k oc to 4.5 1.25v with Corsair H80 cpu cooler

Coolermaster Haf X

32Gb Corsair Vengence 1866

Nvidia GTX 680 4GB FTW SLI (Planning to liquid cool) Nvidia Surround

Used for gaming and every day use mostly 2 to 5 hours when in use.

Looking to use a triple rad up top and single rad for back but unsure if the single rad should be a 120 or 140 my case will fit both.
