Need help with first (loop?)

Hi,

 

I have a MATRIX HD7970 3gb video card on my MSI Z87-GD65 in a red NZXT H440. I've been looking at buying parts to water cool the card but thought I should consult an expert before I go throwing money at things. I would like to have a cylindrical reservoir and use a 2 or 3 fan radiator. If I left anything out please let me know. Could you please recommend what to buy?

 

I would like to be able to add a waterblock to my cpu at some point so space for that would be ideal.

Budget is around $300 as of right now but I can get more parts later.
