computer will not turn on

Hey guys, so here's my issue. I was in my bios doing some tweaking. Not messing with voltages or multipliers, just some fine tuning on the bclck. When I hit save and reset, boom, shuts down and no longer will turn on. tried switching bios to no avail, also cleared cmos.

Here's my build:

evga z87 ftw

Intel i5 4690k stock cooler

Asus r7 260x 2gb

crucial 12800 2x4gb

corsair ax750 psu

Windows 7

Update, I have absolutely no idea what I did, but it's working now! I just let it sit longer and came back and it magically works now.

 

Wow this post was a short but entertaining roller coaster. :)
