Case Fan not working

I just made my pc from parts. Everything went fine. but my case fan does not work. (p.s. its connected to the mother board )

which header of the mobo exactly?

 

does the mobo BIOS detect that fan?

 

try swapping the head to another header

your case may have a fan controller, try plugging it in to that.
