Saw this weird Partition while fragmenting ....

Any problems with the HDD ? 

 

No, I have several like that as well. It's normal. Most likely some hidden MS partition.

The projects never end in my line of work.

it the hidden recovery partition 

 

leave it as it is

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
