K70 Shift key not illuminating

So i got my k70 today, and all of it works, except for the shift key light. It isnt broken as far as I can tell, but it wont light up unless I wiggle the key, and then it lights for a second and then turns off. What should i do?

Send it back or back to the shop, it's doa.
