I got my iPhone 5 from T-Mobile. They rolled out 4G LTE today and my iphone isn't showing 4G LTE. I enabled LTE and in pretty sure it's available because I checked their website. For some reason my phone keep "Searching" for ten minutes then shows T-Mobile 4G and after few minutes it searches again... I usually get 1-3 bars and rarely "no service". It just keep "Searching"... This all happened today so I'm not really if it's actually a problem...

You update your phone recently? What have you tried to troubleshoot the issue?

I got iOS 7 Beta 3, my SIM is up to date. Just in my area is poor connection, barely enough for facetime... Lots of people in my area have different Carrier such as AT&T Sprint and Verizon... I got connection right now and it's still slow, it shows no LTE for some reason even though my city was listed on their website that has $G LTE...

Sometimes when I have a bad signal, I have no Internet connection.(I have AT&T) You could be encountering the same problem.

I do have signal, my problem is that it's "Searching" instead of "No Service"... I'm also getting no 4GLTE even though it's available in my city... After a while it'll search for an hour and then I have service again but it's not showing 4G LTE... I don't get why it's not showing 4G LTE and why it keep "Searching".... Today was the first time I seen "Searching" and it takes awhile for some reason...

Yeah they're gsm so chances are if they rolled out LTE recently u need an LTE sim card and LTE added to your account.

I thought those stuff already came with this device.. iPhone 5 support LTE so it should have LTE SIM on it and my account should come with LTE since T-Mobile never mentioned it coming separately...

I would call them at this point confirm you don't have a 4G hspa plan by mistake. And check your sim to confirm they gave you an all lte sim. If that's not it make sure you enable lte in the data settings. And if that doesnt work reset network settings. Finally if that doesn't work go to apple and get a replacement
