The power plugs are all the way in and fully clipped on?

Do you have another computer to try the card in?

is the other end of the cables plugged into the power supply properly?

It's non-modular.

What were you using before this card? Just integrated or another discrete card?

its my first desktop i just built like 6 hours ago

when i run without graphic card it runs fine so it must be graphic card, right?

My bad. And, you can try RMA'ing the card. It's a little subjective as we can't perform other tests currently since you don't have any other hardware to use in the slot.

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. It either means you returned the product, or you are getting a replacement.

Bad luck bro.. Contact with them, open a RMA, and sent an e-mail too. They have a super bad costumer service and RMA department.

Don't have a different power supply you could try from someone do you? Isn't rosewill a low-end brand, so it might not have a strong enough 12v+ rail in that psu to power the video card up? (Though booting shouldn't require that much power, could be defective psu though?).

Rosewill don't actually make any PSUs. Their power supplies are actually solid.
