Opinion please!

So I want to play GTA, and I have it. Problem is I want to run it without lag playing 1920 x1080p with better looking graphics (high maybe ultra) so right now my system is as follows..

 

i5 2500k
Radeon HD 6850

8gb ram

500w psu

 

So my question is

 

1) Should I only upgrade my graphics card? (seeing as the i5 is still pretty decent)

 or..

2) Should I wait and update my whole system?
