Looks good to me to be honest, there's nothing obvious that I would change. I do want you to know that a 970 is unlikely to push 120+ fps on high to ultra settings if you want to play modern games. So I would either get two 970s, or get a cheaper monitor with a 60hz refresh rate and maybe consider going for surround at 60hz. If instead you play stuff that isn't very demanding like cs:go then you're perfectly fine.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Looks fine. You could save a few dollars by getting a WD Blue but otherwise it looks good.

For a streaming build it looks good enough. Depending on the games you play the 970 could be the weak point, as it's not going to allow for high end ultra gaming at 100+fps; but you can add another 970 later obviously.

For not so demanding stuff it's awesome.

Rendering/Video/Steaming performance on gpu?

CPU changes gets rid of hyperthreading or no?

The cpu has hyper threading.

You dont NEED CUDA for video editing anymore , AMD cards do just fine actually.

I was reading an article on creative cow about that a few days ago.

So probs just going to save up for 980 then

Here you go, re-tooled your list to fit a 980 in the same budget. Dropped the mouse and keyboard for the Cooler Master Devastator bundle. I have it and it's solid for the price, your money is better spend on a video card than a $150 keyboard and $55 mouse. Also switched you out to an NZXT Kraken x41. Is an awesome cooler set up in push/pull on the exhaust and $20 cheaper.

You'd be blasting 1080p with this setup.
