the i3 is faster in most games, however it will be slower in rendering and will choke a bit if you're multitasking a lot.

No way of knowing, there aren't benchmarks on those out just yet. Depending on how well optimized it it it could be either.

The i3. AMD CPUs are vastly worse in games, especially in GTA V where it has been shown to be more CPU bound than other games. Some games don't support dual cores though.

I would recomend the FX-8350 if you can afford it
