i was wondering if u can get any cheaper

If course you can. You can pick any pump/res/waterblock/radiator but I don't think anyone could tell you with certainty that those components will work well, look reasonable, won't be loud or won't die after 1 or two years. And if you have to replace a pump after two years for example you might as well have gone with the more expensive one that will last double, triple or even more as well as getting better performance while using it.

Feel free to PM for any water-cooling questions. Check out my profile for more ways to contact me.

well i guess custom loops rnt for me, but so if i go with a AIO cooler, id probably go with a h100i, but they say a u can get a air cooler with much less noise and better preformance, is it true, if so which?

I wouldn't say it performs better than the H100i for certain but the Noctua NH-D14 is a favorite.

I would make a thread in the air cooling section.
