New GPU suggestion

I think its better to get gtx 970 or 290x

CPU: i7 4790k @ 4.4 GHz                                                 Case: Fractal Design Define R5                       SSD: Samsung Evo 850 250gb          Monitor:  Benq GL2760        
   GPU: MSI GTX 970 SLI (+140 Core|+400 Mem)               Motherboard: Msi Z97-G5                                 HDD: WD blue 1TB                             CPU Cooler:  Hyper 412s
      RAM: 16GB HyperX DDR3 1600MHz                                PSU: Cooler Master v850                                 Storage: Adata HV610 1TB                  OS: Windows 10

Thanks guys realy appreciate the help... Yeah I was just all over it 'cause I know that when it came out it had the same price as a titan and so... Yeah...

So you. Think 290x or 970 are a better choice??

290X and 970 are better

 

HD7990 is a dual GPU card and you may get a broken card with only one GPU working

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
