I just need a really quick answer,

Will

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK S, Socket-1150

and 

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 SC

work well together?

yes but you also gonna need a cpu.

i doubt you will need all features of that motherboard maybe something cheaper might be a better choice without the bells and whistles 

 

don't get me wrong its an amazing motherboard but there is no performance in a lower priced z97 board

I'm going with a white theme for my setup and i just found this mobo really fast.

Do you by any chance know a white motherboard that you can recommended then?
