About HyperX Cloud 2

I've started few topics so you guys can tell me what headphones to get around 90$. Most of you recommended the HyperX Cloud 2 and I bought them. To be honest I'm really dissapointed in these headphones. The bass is really low, people can barely hear me even if my mic volume is at max. The only thing good was that I can hear people very crisp their voices were really clear.but  I'm still thinking to return them, what do you think am I making a mistake?

Hard to know what "really low" means in terms of bass since that is as subjective description. What headphones did you own previously?

Razer Megalodon and the bass comparing to them is really bad.

Well if you already checked all settings and it still isn't they way you want it return it. No point of keeping it. But make sure to eliminate other causes like bad MoBo audio or somethings like that

I thought about the Razer Kraken 7.1 but everybody suggested these headphones instead. I really don't know right now
