LG Lucid vs840 stock bloatware

i want to completely remove almost all the stock aplications, so that they arent taking up space.

it is running andriod 4.0.4 and its rooted, i just dont have much ecpirience with andriod.

 

also is there a more slimmed down version of andriod? that would be great. i have done a full factory reset but it sill runs really slow.
