Assistance with (assumedly) CPU problem

So I'm building a computer for a friend and after assembly and basic installation etc I'm met with this.

can anyone tell me what this means?

 

The GPU in the rig is one of mine that I used maybe a week ago in my main computer while I was having problems and it worked perfectly so I assume that's not the problem. 

 

Speccy is showing high temps on the CPU but from what I've read APUs tend to read out incorrectly or something but correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Update halfway through writing this: I just ran Firestrike and there was no artifacting or anything so I have to assume it's something to do with just Dota or maybe Source games in general that I may be having a problem with.

 

 

Specs: 

CPU: X4 860k

Mobo: Gigabyte F2A88X-D3H

RAM: 8gb (2x4) of G Skill Sniper, I think it's either 1600 or 1866

PSU: EVGA 500W 80+

GPU: Galaxy 650 Ti

Whoops, seems like a false alarm, sorry. I verified integrity of the game cache and there were 170 missing files somehow. Hope everything else goes fine.
