Looking for a note taking laptop

My transformer pad T100 is just not cutting it anymore, It lags way too much.

 

I need to be able to take notes using Google Docs and word while either having YouTube or spotify in the background without lag. Also, it has to be able to handle upto 15 chrome tabs open, so RAM is a must. Also, it has to be 15". A full size keyboard would be nice.

 

budget is under $400, lower the better. Shopping from Canada, and I don't mind buying used.

Look out for something that fits your budget and then get a RAM kit. That's what I'd do.

You could probably pick up a Chromebook. For just those purposes, we use them at school and they run fine. Otherwise I'm sure you can just do what above guy said.
