So my computer if i plug into the front io or rear io just delivers a poping and cliping, but when ever i choose something to play ie youtube video or music, it plays no audio,  just the clicking, i have tried it with my logitech 5:1 speakers and my razer headset and am getting the exact same results, any ideas on how to resolve? this is my third topic on the subject as noone has replied to any of them.

Try downloading the audio drivers for your motherboard?  And make sure the audio cable is plugged in all the way into the motherboard.(mine wasnt)

Go onto the manufacturers website and there should be a section with the right drivers for your mobo.  But if it was working before then that might not be the issue so....no idea from me then. Hope you get it sorted.

Do you have a laptop or a desktop? If you have a desktop there is most likely a port in the back were you can plug in your headphone (most likely it is green), plug them in through there and if the issue is solved then you have a faulty front audio port. If the issue is still on going, install the drivers through the manufacturer's website.

To install just download the driver labeled audio from the manufacturer's website, double click the install file (usually is a .exe file), and follow the steps. Don't forget to reboot.

this is a custom desktop, and ive tried my logitech 5:1 that uses teh orange black and green audio ports, and ive tried my singe 3.5mm jack headphones in front and rear in, they arent working, i have tried rebooting, and when i downloaded from asus's website, it gave a folder with a bunch of exe files.

When you plug it in, Does your computer recognized that you plugged headphones in?

its always recognized the speakers and my headset, and it shows audio being sent to them, however i keep getting poping noises even when im not playing anything, also, now that i tried to up date the audio drivers, my computer wont send signal to my monitor using dvi and my cpu was over heating as it was in a loop of trying to open windows after it blue screened.

Have you tried resetting your bios? Sounds like your motherboard is going bad.
