ive got some weird problem with my PC which i dont understand so I am in need of assiatant,

i made a thread some time ago about PC not booting

http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/323079-need-urgent-help-with-my-pc/#entry4390925

turns out the RAM was faulty.

i got my replacement RAM today and am having the same issue..

i've got Sabertooth Z77 and I am suppose to install RAM is slot 2 and 4 but... if i install RAM in slot 2 my PC wont boot.

If i install ram in slot 4 alone it works fine but ofcouse only 8GB RAM

i've tested in slot 3 & 4 togther and it working and showing 16GB but am thinking thats not optimal.

what is wrong?

Well it looks like an issue with slot 2.... It isn't really optimal to run it in 3, and 4, but you'll only really notice it under serious load. Sometimes we just have to work with what we have.
