240m would do better with high overclocks with more voltage. while the D14 will struggle with high voltage overclocks.

The Seidon will give a slightly better OC

The D14 is an overall better coolor though

 

why are you buying a cooler worth nearly as much as the CPU?

I've had the 6300 for a while. The coolers are only $70.

If you really plan on pushing that fx6300, which you certainly could, I'd go for the seidon
