Mini-ITX build, need advice

Hey guys so im planning a mini-ITX build and need some advice on cooling and noise. 

 

I have picked most of the build and im going to go with the corsair 250d. What i needed help with was choice of fans, i want it really quite. Lastly i thought i'd ask about a water cooler, and what i could actually fit in the case. I have watched Linus' 250d build so i have an idea, but if anyone else wants to give me their opinion or has any experience they wish to share then please do so.
