Cannot Delete File Under My PC

Just built my first rig. I've been a Mac sheep for a long time, and I'm trying to get used to windows again.

 

I have two drives. My 120Gb SSD boot drive and a 1Tb storage drive. Tried to move all of my iTunes files to my storage drive E: Now a separate file is coming up in My PC called E:/ that contains my iTunes files. I can delete the files within the file, but I cannot delete the parent file itself. All help will be met with utmost praise.
