GTA 4 Will not open

I have gta 4 on steam and when I try to play it, it will ask me for my social club login and then I'll click play. When I click play is says I'm playing Grand Theft Auto 4 for about 2 seconds then it just puts me back into online. It doesn't give a crash message or anything.

CPU: some amd thing Motherboard: its black RAM: its memory thats for sure GPU: r7 260x Case: corsair spec 01 Storage: 1tb of it PSU: 430w, so many watts

Display: its asus Cooling: fans Keyboard: logitech g710+ #browns4lyfe Mouse: its a logitech Sound: its what you hear Operating System: winders

but in all seriousness go to the game on steam and right click the game and go to local files and check the game cach

I did that, it didn't help

well you stumped me, launch the game from its directory to see if  that helps
