Quick 350D Question

I recently finished my mATX build and have been using the stock cooler as I couldn't make a decision on the cooler when I was picking parts for the build. I've decided to go with an open AIO and my choices are the Swiftech H220-X and H240-X. I was wondering if the H240-X would fit in the 280mm mount in the top of the 350D?

I have no experience with the Corsair 350d but a quick search on Google and the answer is a 'YES'. BUT you will be blocking the 3.25 inch bays.

The thing is the 350d has 280mm mount on the top but, I'm wondering about the clearance of the pump/reservoir as it might collide with 5.25 inch cage

Just get the H-220X.
