You cannot give your copy to others without also giving them you origin account. You can install it on separate computers but only one pc will be able to access it at one time. Your friends will still need to buy the game to play with you online.

Case: Phanteks Evolve X with ITX mount  cpu: Ryzen 3900X 4.35ghz all cores Motherboard: MSI X570 Unify gpu: EVGA 1070 SC  psu: Phanteks revolt x 1200W Memory: 64GB Kingston Hyper X oc'd to 3600mhz ssd: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1TB ITX System CPU: 4670k  Motherboard: some cheap asus h87 Ram: 16gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz

Can I download it in other pc?

What if i reformat my pc is it still usable?

Can i give to others and not affecting my copy?

It links to your Origin account much like Steam. So if you install Origin on  that other PC then yes you can download it on other PC.

Yes. Origin is cloud based. So in actuality you never physically have your copy. Like steam.
 
Can i give to others and not affecting my copy?
No. Unless you mean sharing your entire Origin account. If you do that though only one of you can use the account at once. So you can't share the copy and have both of you play it together. Only one of you can at once.

Yes, just install Origin and download BF4 on that PC. 

 

If you are doing that though I recommend storing BF4 game files on an external hard drive so to not redownload 27.2gb worth of files every time you use a different PC. Personally never tried this method but have a read through it.
