drivers cant install

i have a new pc and im trying to install the amd gpu drivers but i cant because i cant see the next button becuase the resolution is too small so it gone off the screen. ive tried cliking tab enter and that doesnt work and ive swapped screen also with no success. so i cant do anything now. any ideas?
