Steering wheel issue

Hi all! 

So... I have an old and simple TRUST steering wheel 

Recently I plugged it in aaand ofc, checked calibration in windows settings to make sure that all is working fine.

As a result - everything is working perfectly. Windows calibration tool detected every degree of wheel rotation

BUT

When I'm playing games with connected steering wheel it works strangely...

I've rotated steering wheel to ~45 degree, but no effect in the game

If I continue to rotate it, the car wheels begin to turn a little

 

What's the problem?? If there is no advanced settings in the game? For example, NFSU2?
