So randomly when I sometimes open a program whilst playing a game or something the mouse freezes? most commonly with MSI Afterburner, the overclock is fully stable and couldn't be the issue.

So is it my ram? I have 8GB Gskill 2133 MHZ

does this look right

Although this isn't the problem, your ram is running at 1600, not 2133. You need to enable its xmp profile in your bios for it to run at its advertised speed.
