Hi all, so I want to get GTAV, but I don't have a credit card. Is this my only hope? To get a prepaid card and get it? Where can I get the cheapest cards? 711? Safeway? or any supermarket? Or canada post? If I make an online purchase can i get 50$ and 20$ or will I need to get a card worth 100$?

A lot of supermarkets will sell cards with steam credit on them. Probably cheaper than the $5 plus markup on a prepaid credit card.

yes go to something like a walmart and get a steam gift card.

As much as I would love to do that, there is a sale on GMG, 22% off. I live in Canada btw. So the deal is something like 46.80 + currency exchange and the visa fees.

So if GTA V is 46.80 USD. How much would that translate to in Canadian after all the fees I would have to pay (exchange fees, visa fees) I'm thinking about getting a vanilla card. Would a 50$ card and a 20$ card work? Or will I have to get the $100?

steam doesn't use your local currency? in malaysia steam games prices are stated in RM

also better to use debit card instead of credit
