Logitech Webcam Software issue?

So I have a C920 HD webcam. I got the software for the webcam to control it and what not. But when I'm on skype and using my webcam and I'm playing something in fullscreen, it keeps minimizing the game and the controller keeps popping up. I have to close the controller in the system tray in order for it not to minimize my game.

Never needed to fiddle with the controller.  I always close it if I ever need to open it.  The settings stay even if it's closed so no reason to have it idling.
