Is it worth it?

Is it worth getting 144hz monitor than 60hz monitor I know there's the fps difference but is there anything else? These are the current monitors I'm looking at.

Which one should I buy save 200 bucks or spend 200 bucks more? And just wondering if I were to get gtx970 does having a 60hz monitor matter?

Yes yes and yes. Did I say yes.. If you play mostly fps games or any fast paced game 144hz is so worth it. But if you mainly just play singleplayer type games just get an IPS screen. The major benefit is the motion blur reduction. Just search Google there's plenty of video comparison.
