RAM Overclock Question

Hi all, still relatively new to this forum. Hope your day is going well.

 

Current relevant system specs:

 

AMD FX-8350

G.Skill Sniper Series 2x8GB 1866Mhz

Asus Crosshair V Forumula-Z

 

Now when I purchased this, it came advertised as having timings of 9-10-9-28. I ran Speccy to just look at overall system information and that shows the following:

 

DRAM Frequency 936.3 MHz

CAS# Latency (CL) 11 clocks

RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 11 clocks

RAS# Precharge (tRP) 11 clocks

Cycle Time (tRAS) 28 clocks

Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 46 clocks

 

I did change the BIOS to the D.O.C.P. setting to put it to the advertised speed of 1866MHz which is why I think I'm seeing the difference on the timings.

 

My question is, how high can I set the frequency on the RAM I have, and also what timings/voltages would you suggest to get the most out of this memory?

you really dont eed to overclock your ram because it wont give you much of a performance boost if any.

I know I don't really need to, but I'd like to get what I can out of it. I seem to be able to run at 2133 no problem but I'd like to see if I can coax it up to 2400.
