Windows screwed up, HELP!

I convinced my mum to buy a pair of 4TB WD Red drives for a NAS system (mobo is a z77x ud3h, win 8.1). I installed the drives on the intel sata2 controller. The PC booted and i formatted both drives to NTFS and rebooted. Now i tried to reboot, windows shut off but the drives were still running (windows shut down but the 'lights' did not. I thought nothing of it. I forcefully shut it down and went to on configure RAID, just to find out i cannot raid my 4TB Reds (wtf O.o). So i plugged them in the marvell controller to try that out. I selected RAID as the mode in the BIOS for the marvell controller, not forgetting to revert back to AHCI on the intel controller. I then rebooted, got a splash screen of the marvell controller options but the BAM, a split second later windows 'forced' itself to start and now i cannot enter the BIOS or start a RAID.

 

My second problem is that now i cannot see ANYTHING related to the control panel (the control panel is blank, my internet works but it says no networks as connected, etc.). I am running sfc /scannow as well as avg and malwarebytes scans.

 

Another problem that is occuring is that sometimes when i boot, only my wifi card is recogniyed and sometimes only my ethernet connection. Probably linked to problem 2. Need a fix for this ASAP please.

My first priority would be resolving issue 2 (and 3).

 

EDIT: apparenty the sfc /scannow doesn't work (tied to control panel issue i think).

EDIT2: I got into the BIOS by the CLR CMOS button. I can't set up RAID via the BIOS due to the first problem. I am going to have to set it up via windows.
