Just under or around $80-$100

H100i or H110 from Corsair? maybe?

I would go with corsair H100i. corsair is reliable and the cooler has worked great for my buddy who owns one

I use the H75 and  have be very surprised by i) the quality of the product and ii) it cooling capability. If you are on a tight budget, this might be the cooler for you. Its only a 120mm rad, but it works so well. I have been thinking of upgrading to the new H110 GTX but I dont think its going to produce a worthwhile difference so will stick with this H75 until it dies.
