For 8 people 4gb is enough. I get about 10gb of ram load with ~300 players.

I'd even say 512MB is enough, but you may want to upgrade in the future when you have lots of redstone going

Specs: CPU: AMD FX 6300 Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A DS3P RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB 1866MHz GPU: MSI R9 270 OC edition Case: Sharkoon VS3-S SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB HDD: 1TB Caviar Blue PSU: Corsair CX500W

*If I say something that seems offensive, please don't take it seriously, it was most likely meant as a joke/sarcastically*

That's a lot. If u don't need it to be up like 24\7, setup a local server.

Really, this host is overpriced.

I'd give u some cheap rent servers, but all of them are in EU, so u'll be in a slideshow game.

its with craftnode hosting, ive heard good things about them

this is their website http://craftnodehosting.com/index.php

Is it a problem to set up a local server? If yes - ok, pay this hoster, get 1gb of ram.

I think, getting it once won't burn all your budget, but will clear how much resources do u really need.
