you could just get some usb one if you aren't planning to use it for awhile

Unfortunately I need to use wireless internet for the next week on my desktop but I never put a wireless card in because I thought I'd never need it. Whatever is simple, cheap, and quick as I'll need to overnight it. Black is a bonus I guess since my build is black, but whatever is the simplest solution.

 

What do I buy?
