i have a mic problem on hyperx cloud...

Hello,

i have the hyperx cloud like 6 months and they worked me great till now...

suddenly the mic stopped working.

(if i talk extremely loud people can hear me whisper)

 

thing i try:

without the control device

disconnect and connect the mic...

other PC

i have the last realtek driver

Assuming everything is plugged in properly, sounds like this is the part where you contact Kingston support for a likely RMA.

if i don't from the us, i buy that through amazon-us they will get return if half year past ?

I have them. Sometimes people tell me they can hear me but really quiet like I was whispering or far away but it's because the mic part that actually picks up your voice is not pointed at my mouth. You could see if that's it but if it's not you can always stick a modmic on them.
