so, I want to build a gaming pc, and I did a TON of research (believe me I checked every single component to see if its good or not), and because I do not live in the states, this is what's available where I live.

Before I explain each and every part, and why I chose it, here are some things that I want to emphasise.
1. I DO NOT live in the US, and just because I used PCPartPicker to show the list, it doesn't say that I can use it and look for parts. I linked the websites that I will be buying from below, so keep that in mind.
2. I KNOW that the PSU and the keyboard look like they're unavailable, but where I live, they are. so please don't comment on that.
3. Some of the items (like the headphones and the mouse) I already have, or already ordered.
5. I'm playing on a 1080p display.
6. Please don't suggest PCPartPicker lists, as I said, I cannot use it. If you want to suggest something, use the links.
7. I will be building this PC in June.
8. I do planning on SLI'ing or CFX'ing the GPU's, because I want to get the RoG swift or that Acer 1440p 144Hz IPS panel.
9. I didn't have a num. 4
10. You are now looking for it, and realising that I did really not include it :P

OK, now I want to explain every one of my choices.

CPU - I will be mostly gaming, so this is a obvious choice. I might end up getting the i5 5675C, because I will be building in June, so I might take it instead. Also, if the 4790k prices drop around June, I might get it instead, because I like multitasking, and I might even start a YouTube channel sometime.

CPU Cooler - I'm a Noctua fanboy, and the AIO's are super expensive here. also, I heard that most AIO's die after 3 years on average, and I want my PC to last as long as possible. ALSO, I want my PC to be VERY quiet, so this is (again) an obvious choice.

Motherboard - better than the z97x-sli in VRM cooling (because I will be overclocking), better sound processor (because I want to start producing music, as well with this computer), and better overall looks (at least I think). Also, I have a red and black theme, and gigabyte are the only manufacturer that sells decently priced, red and black, z97 boards.

RAM - cheap, decent and low profile, for clearance for the NH-D15. also, might consider upgrading to 16GB, if i'll end up having the cash when i'll buy this computer.

SSD - I wanted an SSD, and I wanted it to be 240GB or more, so I can store more than JUST windows 8.1, and like one game.

HDD - superb bang for the buck. probably will never fill up.

GPU - I'm not technically a Nvidia fanboy, but I do like their 900 maxwell based line of GPU's, just because they're super quiet, and high performing. It's about a GTX 780, for less than ⅔ the price at launch. Also, I might go for the R9 380 or 380x if available at purchase, and worth upgrading from the 970.

Case - I like corsair cases, it looks good, has 2 LED fans, has a window (to show off), and fits the NH-D15, and believe it or not, but cheap and good cases, which fit the NH-D15, are really hard to find here.

PSU - It's Seasonic, 750w (which will let me SLI in the future, which I do plan on doing), and gives me a Semi-Mod connection, so I can make my PC look badass.

Case fan - Because there were only 2 front fans, I wanted another matching fan to create some sort of airflow in the case, and this will match my build perfectly.

Keyboard - I wanted Cherry MX brown's, and this is a really cheap keyboard (where I live), and It's really good.

Mouse - I bought this from Massdrop, and it's a pretty sweet mouse, which those RGB LED's.

Headphones - I don't know 1 person that doesn't recommend these. I already bought those (and I'm actually listening to music while writing this), and they sound AMAZING. with the pumped onboard audio, these will sound even better.

SO. this is my plans. do you have anything to say? do you want to suggest me something different?
If you do want to suggest something, then these are the links to the online websites for the store, where I will be buying the components:

http://en.ksp.co.il - It's in english, so you can understand it better

https://www.ivory.co.il - this website is not translated to english, but I have nothing to do about it, other than say "use the built in translator in Google Chrome".

Quote me if you want to say something. Only way i'll see something.

A $1k build in a 230T?  Would recommend something more like an Enthoo pro or NZXT S340.  Both relatively cheap and good without looking like plastic.

Personal Rig v3: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X | Noctua NH-U14S | Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro ITX | Zotac GTX 2070 8GB | 16GB G-Skill Trident DDR4 3200MHz | EVGA Supernova 750B | Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX

Peripherals: Sennheiser HD518 & Classic ModMic | Corsair K65 Luxe | Zowie EC2 | ASUS VG259QM  |  ASUS VG278E | Klipsch ProMedia 2.1

None are available where I live, neither Fractal stuff. It really sucks.

Multiple fractal cases on the sites you linked.

This silverstone got some pretty dank reviews from multiple tech channels:

OH thats new, but all of those cases are out of my budget.

also, thats a Thermaltake case, not a Silverstone. I rather keep my corsair case. I like the looks, and the LED fans are included, and look sick.

1: You won't need any more case fans. They will serve no purpose but to be loud and take power. That PC is incredibly cool already

2: I'd suggest the Corsair 300r for a case. Superb airflow, only downside I have with this case is there isn't much noise cancellation

3: That cooler seems overpriced. Hyper 212 evo is $30, amazing, and recommended by pretty much everyone on the internet

4: For SSDs I'd stick with the Samsung 840/850 SSDs. I've heard there are some really bad SSDs out there

5: That RAM has a very high CAS latency.

Here's a RAM set that costs nearly the same, is faster, And has a better CAS(sorry but it's bright blue): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231538&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

6: That headset looks AMAZING

7: Cases that include LED fans are usually really bad

Nude Fist 1: i5-4590-ASRock h97 Anniversary-16gb Samsung 1333mhz-MSI GTX 970-Corsair 300r-Seagate HDD(s)-EVGA SuperNOVA 750b2

Name comes from anagramed sticker for "TUF Inside" (A sticker that came with my original ASUS motherboard)
