Go research on something called PPI (pixels per inch) and you'll understand why is the quality bad

It is a 1366 x 768 panel, check screen scaling in the menu and set it to fullscreen or 16:9 and recalibrate color, contrast, brightness, etc. It will help but a 1080p signal on a 768 screen wont look good... Most people have poorly calibrated tvs because they dont notice it!
