http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/QHpXNG

Will this be a good to go gaming Desktop that I won't be doing any overclocking and it will be for games like dota2 tf2 etc...and the cost of it is in AUD. And should I get corsair 400r or Thermaltake core v51 both are At the same price and plz tell me which one u think looks better or has better airflow

My personal preference case that I recommend people is the NZXT S340, although, I don't own one, YET.

A GTX970 is overkill for games such as Dota, TF2 and LoL, etc. A GTX960 would be a better choice to save a good amount of money.

And if you're going big on the GPU, get a CPU of similar price.

I'd prefer a Western Digital Black 1TB of the Seagate 2TB but it's up to you.

8GB of RAM would be fine but if you've got the money, may as well get the best you can.

I'm running a stock cooler on my 4690 and the temps are fine, but no harm in getting an aftermarket cooler.

Well I thought Intel 5 4690 and i5 4460 don't have that much difference in performance wise and plus I'm not gonna oc so I don't see the point of getting that

unlocked cpu == overclock able but u need a z97,z87 mobo and a cooler

locked cpu  == just get any mobo which is compatible
