I'm currently planning my first ever custom built PC to be assembled by me and I have most parts down except for the Storage, CPU Cooler, and Monitor. This PC will be pretty much just for gaming, and I live in the United States.  Any help with part picking or any advice is appreciated :)

What is max budget & when do you plan on building

Below $1000 and I plan on beginning in September.

I've heard mixed reviews of the WD Black SSD and also on a scale from 1-10, how difficult is it to install liquid cooling on both CPU & GPU for a newbie?

Also forgot to mention, if I were to add on Liquid Cooling for my GPU, how much extra would it cost for that?

With your budget, it's not effective. It's around $100 just for a GPU waterblock.

The WD black is an HDD, not an SSD. It is also a high performing 7200 rpm hdd but isn't necessary if you already have an ssd or a hybrid sshdd.

I'm not exactly sure how you plan on fitting a 660 in your build with $1000 considering you need an OS, a mouse, and monitor as well. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/1fpov
