I was almost done with my new computer build and i was wondering which SSD to get, would really appreciate your help. Open for suggestions!

 

Those are my choices:  - Samsung 850 Evo 250GB

                                      - Samsung 850 Pro 256GB

                                      - Sandisk Extreme Pro 240GB

 

There's my build:

 

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K --- 425$

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 SSC ACX Cooler 2.0 --- 460$

Motherboard: ASUS Z97-PRO (Wi-Fi AC) --- 255$

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB --- 97$

SSD: Sandisk Extreme Pro 240gb --- 179$  or  Samsung 850 Evo --- 145$  or  Samsung 850 Pro --- 209$

Hard Drive HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB --- 65$

Power Supply: Corsair Professional Series Modular HX650 80PLUS Gold 650W PSU --- 139$

I know I'm not in the good section but do you guys think I should put 16gb of ram instead of 8gb, would it make a big difference?

For the price the evo is the best choice.

I would suggest what everyone else said go with the 850 EVO all the way,as to ram if you have the money go with 16gb you will be happy..

Should I go with the Kingston HyperX Fury black ddr3 2x8gb at 1600mhz cl10 or the corsair vengeance pro 2x8gb ddr3 at 2133mhz cl11?
