Any Cisco Switch Guru's?

I have acquired a Cisco switch off of a mate but the flash has been formatted so i am sending the switch's ios through the console cable using ExtraPuTTY and XMODEM

 

However, after leaving it transferring for a couple of hours i have come back to it on packet 22000 / 14154...

 

Is this normal or does that mean that it isnt going to work?
