For the case only pay $60 as that is 50% off the cheapest price I can find. In regards to the cpu see it working and see the temps for it under load and if the price is right buy it. Of course try to get as close as you can to 50% off with the cpu but hell if you don't get there and are saving a significant amount of money go for it.  In regards to the PSU it is a ripoff and not even a good one. Don't buy it. In regards to the ram see it tested and offer $40 or $50 for it.

I wouldn't.

U don't know what happened to them, how they were used... And most likely noone will give u a refund in case of a trouble.

As for me working with used parts is just like wearing used clothes.

There is nothing wrong with used parts.  Seriously if you know how to shop proper for the stuff and ask to see it working and tested for certain components then it is fine.  As for your reference to it being like wearing used clothing I hope one day you have to wear used clothing to bring your nose down from the sky.

If you go for a pair of R9 290's, you're going to want preferably an 850w psu. A decent one too with a decent OEM.
