New Rig

hey guys i want to buy a new rig for gaming and browsing only i won't edit photos or render videos 
so which one is better of those ? 
I7 4790K + ASRock H97 Killer + Zalman Z3 plus midtower + Zotac GTX 970 Extreme core edition 
Or 
I5 4690K+Asus Maximus VII Gene+Corsair Spec 02 + Zotac GTX 970 Extreme Core Edition

If you'll going to get a H81 mobo get a non overclockable CPU so a 4790k which shaves 20 bucks off. So, the top option.

Go With a i7-4790k, that GTX 970 and a ASUS z97-A. I use a ASUS z97-A and 4790k (As seen below) and both are fantastic.

If you aren't going to render/edit/etc. don't waste the money on the i7. The i5 might be a difference of 2 fps in games and can surely browse the internet easily. The i5 is the definite choice.

maybe? to be fair the 1241 is 100mhz slower but it doesnt show at all
