Hey Guys, 

 

I have been really looking into upgrading to 4k gaming setup pretty soon. 

my problem is what cards? 

A titan x, 980 sli, 970 sli, 300 series card? 

 

Wait until 1000 series nvidia cards? 

 

any input would be appreciated  :)

Nvidia 1000 series won't be coming soon at all. Right now 980 sli give the most performance

well i would like to keep below $1200 so i dont have to sell my body parts to get the monitor too :)

Most raw performance -> 980 SLI

keep in mind all the cards are stock clocks w/ boost on, so overclocking will increase or decrease percentages.
