Codecademy type service for C# and c++, for free?

Learn C# is interactive if that's what you're looking for. They also have a C tutorial but no C++. I'm not aware of an interactive C++ tutorial.

 

There's a lot of other resources in our Ultimate Programming Resources Thread. It has multiple tutorials and books for both C# and C++.

Its not exactly codecademy but The New Boston is a great resource for learning C++ (or many other languages and things).
